  • Within Nairobi and nearby areas: Same-day or next-day delivery

  • Outside Nairobi: One to three working days

  • Remote areas: Additional time may be needed depending on courier routes

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will keep you updated on its progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order. All delivery charges are communicated clearly before you confirm your purchase. During certain promotions or for selected products, customers may enjoy discounted or free delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as soon as payment or confirmation is received. Items in stock are dispatched immediately, while products requiring preparation or assembly may take a little more time. We will let you know if an order needs any additional processing.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

Pickup Option

If you prefer to collect your order, you can visit our location along the Eastern Bypass in Nairobi. We encourage customers to call or message beforehand so we can prepare the items in advance.
